In NSW, not all commercial or industrial construction projects require a DA assessment and approval by the local Council.
If you are organising the fitout for a shop, kiosk, office building or similar, you may find that your project can be approved as Complying Development. If so, you could have your project approved by AcroCert in as little as 5 to 10 working days.
We have experienced Grade A1 certifiers on staff who provide this service on a regular basis.
We also have the support of an accredited access consultant on staff to assist with any disabled access issues.
